Course Duration: 4 Weeks
Prerequisite: Customer Service Agent Certificate
This certificate will build on the Customer Service Agent Certificate and lead the students through facilitation simulations, employee management processes and best practice, as well as the use of technology to communicate with their teams.
The Training/Management Course will introduce students to the best teaching practices, presentations, and preparation of instructions. Students will learn how to implement a training plan, monitor student progress, provide feedback and implement changes. Learners will also be exposed to online training using software such as Go-To Meetings and Teams.
