WCB Mobile App

Quick Reference Guide

WCB offers claimants access to secure online services to access reports, submit invoices, contact caseworkers from myWCB login on the WCB Home Page. 

 

WCB has also created The myWCB Mobile App so that claimants can access and communicate with WCB on an Android phone and an iPhone.  The app can be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store

Downloading the App from Google Play

  • In the search field on Google Play, type in myWCB.  Then click enter.  Google play will then display the search results.
     

  • After you click search, in the top row of the screen you will see the myWCB-AB for Workers
     

  • You can then download the App onto your Android device and you will be ready to start using the App once you sign in.

Downloading the App from the Apple Store

  • In the search field in the App store type in Mywcb then click enter.  The App store will then display mywcb-ab for workers
     

  • You can the download the app onto your iPhone and you will be ready to start using the App once you sign in.

  • You have now successfully downloaded the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
     

  • Your next Step is to Sign up for the myWCB app

Setup Step 1 of 3

  • Enter your claim number:
     

  • Enter the date of accident:
     

  • Enter your date of birth:
     

  • Click on the Next button at the bottom of the screen

Setup Step 2 of 3

  • Enter your E-mail address

  • Enter your e-mail address again to confirm

     

  • Create your password, then confirm your password.

  • Be sure to check out the password requirements set out by WCB

Setup Step 3 of 3

  • Once you have scrolled through all the terms and conditions for using the app, Select the button to turn on the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions”
     

  • Click Next to continue

SUCCESS, you have now logged into the WCB App from your mobile device!

  • You can view your claim information
     

  • You can view your payments
     

  • You can submit an expense by simply taking a picture of your receipt with your phone and it will upload the picture to the expense submission
     

  • Contact WCB with questions or request a callback.  You can also update your caseworker with information on your claim

  • Update WCB about your claim or request a callback
     

  • Request technical assistance on using the app

Accessing your Profile

  • You can view your contact information and also provide updates to your contact information as well
     

  • You can update/change your e-mail address
     

  • You can change your password, keeping in mind the password requirement set out by WCB
